[Backordered] LUNASOL Eyelid Base (N) (02 Light)

I'd be in trouble without it, and even though the first time I bought it it was only around 2000 yen, I'm not sure if I'll buy it again. At first I didn't understand the need for a primer, so I was skeptical, but once I used it I couldn't let it go, so I've repurchased it several times and still use it today. It makes all the difference. There are many different types of eyeshadow, but when I use powder, I always use this. There are eyeshadows that act as a primer, but I think this is the only one that erases uneven color on the eyelids, leaving them clean and clear, so that the next eyeshadow you apply will have a clear color.

I was torn between No. 02 and No. 01, but I ended up buying No. 01, and it was the right choice. The color is a slightly dull skin tone, but it doesn't interfere with the eyeshadow I already have. The color payoff isn't particularly beautiful, but it does make my eyeshadow last much longer. I also feel like my eyeliner doesn't come off as easily. The buildup around my double eyelid is better than when I don't wear any, but it doesn't go away completely. Even though it's a cheap eyeshadow, it has good color retention, so even if you don't buy department store eyeshadow, just this one will give you a satisfying finish, even at a budget price.

It's okay to apply eyeshadow right after applying it. It dries quickly, but it's not completely dry. I apply it before applying eyeshadow from a department store, but if the eyeshadow has good pigmentation, you might not need to use it.

This is my first eyeshadow base. I bought it to brighten up the dullness of my eyelids. It's not too bright, eliminates uneven coloring, and makes the eyeshadow I apply after it look beautiful. That said, I prefer light eyeshadow, so others might not notice a big difference. However, when I apply this base, it reduces the dullness of my eyelids, so I like it as a hidden gem that does a great job behind the scenes.

I saw on Instagram that applying an eyeshadow base is a secret trick to making wrinkles less noticeable, so I've been using this base! I've tried other eyeshadow bases, but they ended up being sticky or smudging, but LUNASOL adheres perfectly and stays put. It didn't even come off when I was wearing a mask! After my skincare routine, I apply a thin layer of eyeshadow base along my wrinkles. Then I layer my usual base makeup and foundation on top of that. Until now, by the evening, my makeup would come off on my wrinkles and make them more noticeable, but applying eyeshadow base makes them less noticeable! If you have an eyeshadow base, I highly recommend giving it a try!
