Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not the one in this package, but the one with the osmanthus scent, but it smells so good and soothing, I love it! I keep buying it over and over again!
I've been using this for a few months now. I use a variety of body soaps. Of these, this one produces a fluffy lather with just one pump. I like the lather because it feels light yet fluffy enough to thoroughly cleanse. Unlike Bouncia's fluffy lather, this one has a light, fluffy lather. However, the scent is... a bit of a problem. The apple and jasmine scent isn't particularly strong, but personally, it's just... meh. If the scent was as light as Muo's, I'd rate it about 4-5 stars. I bought this because it claims to remove dead skin cells and dullness. It cleanses well, but it may dry out your skin. If you're looking for a moisturizing product, you might want to consider a different product.
