What it is
Introducing a new face wash that produces a creamy lather made with "SPA water*" made from hot spring water with just one push. From the moment it is dispensed until it is rinsed off, it maintains a fine elasticity like carefully whipped cream, and thoroughly removes dirt from pores without rubbing the skin. Contains amino acid-based cleansing ingredients that are gentle on the skin, plus five skin care functions for mature skin. How to use
*When using for the first time, empty the pump several times until the contents come out. *After wetting your face, take an appropriate amount (about 2 pumps) into your hand and gently roll the foam over your entire face, washing it slowly and carefully, then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. Caution: *Use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. *Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. *If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use, or if the skin you used the product on is exposed to direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use the product may worsen the symptoms. *If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. If you still feel a foreign body sensation after rinsing, or if any abnormalities appear, consult an ophthalmologist.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using John Masters foam facial cleanser until now, but this was cheaper so I bought it. The foam feels more bouncy than John Masters. It doesn't dry out my skin so I use it as a morning face wash. I've been using it without any problems and the price is good so I'd like to keep using it and see how it goes!
