What it is
This refill is for a body wash that thoroughly removes dirt with its generous lather and forms the foundation for acne care*. Avoid rubbing on the chest and back, where sebum secretion is high and acne is more likely to occur. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I accidentally bought this spray. It doesn't completely eliminate back acne, but it does reduce it by about 85%.
I bought this because I'm concerned about acne on my back. Nivea body soap was also good, but this one also seems to require continued use rather than immediate results. I think it would be easier to use if the container was a pump type.
