How to use
1. After washing your face, take out the masks one by one and unfold them carefully. Fold the eye area of the mask outwards. *Be careful not to let the liquid drip onto your clothes. 2. Place the mask over your eyes and mouth, and press it firmly onto your entire face. If you are using the eye area, place the folded part over your eyes last and press it firmly into place. 3. Leave the mask on for about 5 minutes, then remove it. 4. Use your palms to massage any remaining liquid into your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
