What it is
The soft foam thoroughly removes hard-to-remove makeup and dirt deep in pores in one go, leaving your skin feeling moisturized after washing. Can also be used as a face wash when you have no makeup on. Comes in foam form.

How to use
When you press the pump, it comes out as foam. Put an appropriate amount (about three pumps) in the palm of your hand, gently wash your face, then rinse thoroughly. This container is for Softymo White Foam Cleansing Wash only. Refilling with other products may not produce foam. Do not use in a place where water directly comes into contact with the pump. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not store in a high temperature location. Due to the characteristics of the product, it may become cloudy at low temperatures, but this does not affect the quality. When refilling, be sure to use up the contents.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

The makeup removal effect wasn't great. However, it was still a good foam cleanser. The foam isn't dense, but it spreads easily, and just washing your face lightly is enough to thoroughly remove excess sebum and dirt. It also left my face feeling refreshed and comfortable.

I see that it gets low reviews. I bought it again because I was happy with just one bottle. It comes out as foam, so it's easy to use. I use about four pumps each time, and it removes both eyeshadow and blush cleanly.
