How to use

Put an appropriate amount (about three pumps) into the palm of your hand, gently wash your face, then rinse thoroughly. This container is for Softymo White Foam Cleansing Wash only. Refilling with other products may not produce foam. Do not allow water to come directly into contact with the pump. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not store in a high temperature location. Due to the characteristics of the product, it may become cloudy at low temperatures, but this does not affect the quality. When refilling, be sure to use up the contents.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
