What it is
This makeup remover sheet contains a cleansing oil packed with beauty serum, which gently removes makeup and impurities from the skin with a simple wipe. It leaves skin moisturized and supple. A great value refill.

How to use
Take out one sheet at a time, fold it into quarters, and fold the sheet back so that the clean side is the best surface to wipe with, gently wiping away makeup without rubbing too hard. To remove mascara, close your eyes, hold the sheet against your eyelashes for a few seconds, pinch your eyelashes to allow the liquid to soak in, then gently wipe away. As a guide, use one to two sheets. Makeup removal is complete when nothing remains on the sheet. You can proceed to the next step of your skincare routine without rinsing.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I usually wear a lot of eye makeup, so I use #Softymo makeup remover sheets. I used to be able to remove it all with just this one product when I was a student. I'm so nostalgic! lol. It contains plant-based beauty oils, so it's safe and quick to use. However, my skin irritation has gotten worse, so I'm considering switching to a different series.
I've been using cleansing sheets from this series, but this time I tried this type. The sheet was soaked in the cleanser and removed my makeup beautifully.
It caught my eye and I bought it. I read the reviews and they were pretty negative, so I was a bit hesitant to give it a try. I had perfect eye makeup, and I was using Fasio Super Waterproof mascara so much that it was hard to remove, but after letting it soak in thoroughly and wiping it off, it came off easily. It's harder to remove than eye makeup cleansers, but it's cheap and I can remove it while I'm doing other things, so I think it's good.
Because it contains oil, it seems to remove makeup more thoroughly than other Softymo cleansing sheets. It's okay to leave it on without rinsing, but I recommend washing your face after wiping as it leaves behind some oil.
