Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's not super richly moisturizing. If you're looking for moisturizing, this might not be the right choice for you. The ingredients are excellent, so it's a functional mask, but the mask itself has very little moisture, and the fabric is hard, so it doesn't feel like it penetrates. It doesn't even last for about two minutes. Therefore, I think you'll get the most benefit if you wear it for a short time and then continue with your usual skincare routine. I felt that the weight of the mask itself put a strain on the skin, which could cause sagging.

I'd seen this series in stores, but I didn't like the packaging and had passed it up... However, perhaps due to aging, my skin has been feeling unusually dry lately, and my favorite drugstore was having a sale, so I decided to give it a try. The Gomen ne Suhada series and Keana Komachi series were both great, so I figured if I overlooked the packaging, this one would suit my skin too! In the end, I loved it so much that I regretted not giving it a try! First of all, I love that the packaging doesn't require scissors. It has neat cutting guide lines, so it automatically cuts straight, and the sections automatically create a layer, making it easy to open. The mask is thick, and the liquid is thick, which is great. Until now, I'd feel like my skin wasn't moisturized enough after using a mask, so I'd have to add lotion or something, but this one mask is moisturizing enough! It seems like it can be used daily, so I'll continue to use it.
