Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use this product because it's good value for money. It's soaked in so much that it's almost overwhelming. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and plump. I no longer have to worry about dry, rough skin. I use it once a week as a special treatment, but I think I could use it twice a week.

After washing my face, I applied the mask. It left my skin feeling moisturized and radiant. I'm happy that my makeup went on better. It's non-sticky and easy to use.
I have sensitive skin due to atopic dermatitis, and other sheet masks have caused irritation, but Babysh's moisturizing mask was fine. The packaging says it's thick and fluffy, but it's actually quite thin. I didn't notice any immediate results the day after using it, but by the time I'd finished using the seventh pack, my skin felt a little smoother. It's reasonably priced and readily available, and I thought it would be good for daily use, so I bought the large pack.
