How to use
Can be used with wet hands and face. However, for stubborn makeup, use with dry hands and face. Place the bottle on a level surface and press the pump all the way down. Take an appropriate amount (about 3-4 pumps of the pump) into your hand and massage it into your makeup, then rinse. We recommend washing your face with Dove facial cleanser after removing makeup. Do not store in extremely hot places or in direct sunlight. Recommended amount per use: about 3-4 pumps. *How to use the pump: When first using, hold part 1 in your hand and turn nozzle 2 to the left. Once the head lifts, pump several times until the contents dispense. (If the head does not lift, firmly tighten part 1 and hold it in place with your hand, then turn part 2 again.) If the liquid is difficult to dispense, lightly tap the bottom.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
