What it is
This eco-friendly, cost-effective refill is for the Simple Balance Firming and Lustrous Lotion. It features a triple-moist formula: hydrating deeply; penetrating deeply into the stratum corneum; sealing in moisture; plumping and hydrated, beautiful skin. Moisturizing ingredients include Collagen CP (*1), Niacinamide GL (*2), and Ceramide AQ (*3). It's additive-free and mildly acidic for skin-friendly skin. It's alcohol-free, fragrance-free, colorant-free, and mineral oil-free. It's patch-tested and allergy-tested (this does not guarantee that skin irritation or allergies will not occur in all individuals). *1: Hydrolyzed collagen, water-soluble collagen, succinoyl atelocollagen, glycerin *2: Niacinamide, glycerin *3: Ceramide NG, bisethoxydiglycol cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate. How to use
After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand and massage it into your skin. <How to refill the bottle> After use, do not wash the bottle, but refill it as is. Do not mix with tap water or other products. Refill the entire amount at once after using up the liquid. After refilling, be sure to note down the manufacturing code on the bottom of the pack. Please provide this code when making inquiries. (1) Slowly cut the spout along the dotted line as shown in the diagram on the back of the product. * If you hold the pack too tightly, the liquid may splash out. (2) Hold the bottle with one hand to prevent it from falling over, insert the spout into the mouth of the bottle, and slowly pour the contents in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
