On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does international shipping take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Compared to shampoo and conditioner, the cost performance isn't that bad. It makes a huge difference when you want to change your mood! I love how it leaves my hair so smooth! However, the smell is a matter of personal preference, so you might need to plan your schedule accordingly (lol).
I'm buying this again. I use it when I want to feel refreshed. It doesn't have any particular moisturizing properties, so I use it in addition to my regular body soap.
I don't recommend it as a body soap. It's expensive and doesn't lather well. It's easier to use by rubbing the liquid on your hands rather than applying it to a body towel. It does moisturize quite well, so that's a good point. It also has a light scent. I recommend using it on the back of your neck. It might be good to use as a cleanser when you feel tired, your circulation is a little poor, or you're not feeling unwell but just feel heavy.
Although it does have some difficulty in lathering, the scent is just right and it leaves you feeling refreshed, so I plan to buy it again when I run out. However, I personally found it to be drying after washing, so I don't use it every day and rotate it with other body soaps.
