Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a refreshing aroma of cedarwood, lavender, and geranium. A small amount creates a fluffy lather. Rinse cleanly and your scalp feels refreshed.
I love the scent! It makes me feel purified and calms me down.
It's relatively light to use, and the aroma is weaker than shampoo. It leaves your hair smooth and silky while rinsing. The finish is decent. The scent doesn't linger.
It was a bit pricey, but I love the Oise-san series, so I decided to buy it. It's a light liquid, and if you add more water after applying it and let it soak in, it lathers up really well. It leaves your hair feeling very refreshed after rinsing it off. It's like a cool shampoo, minus the cooling sensation and minty scent. (Perhaps using the treatment from the same series together would help, but) there's almost no moisture or shine left after drying. It's best to use it when you want a refreshing and purifying effect.
It has an elegant scent! It doesn't create as much foam as I expected, but that's probably proof that it uses natural ingredients. My hair felt smooth after washing, and I'd definitely buy it again!
