Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it for many years because it's moisturizing, doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, and doesn't cause acne.
Most importantly, it doesn't penetrate the skin. It's especially difficult to use when you're short on time. I don't notice any particular effects like improved clarity or firmness. It's refreshing to use and not sticky.

I use it occasionally when I feel like it. It's not very moisturizing, but you can use a generous amount comfortably. It also seems to be good for whitening. It's expensive considering the slight effect, so I'd be happy if it were a little more affordable. While there's a lot of competition, there are plenty of other products that are good value for money and have a noticeable effect, so I don't feel like I have to use this one. Sorry, though.
I keep using this product because I like the feel and the whitening effect it has, arbutin. I feel that arbutin has the most whitening effect on me. I also like that even a small amount is enough to moisturize, and that despite its refreshing texture, it still feels moisturizing and doesn't leave me feeling unsatisfied. Strong ingredients can sometimes cause a tingling sensation, but this one doesn't, so I can use it with confidence.
