Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like how it lathers well and leaves a light feeling after washing. It's also affordable, which is a relief. I've tried a lot of different shampoos, but I've come back to Loretta. I use deep layer treatment. I have bleached hair, so I'd prefer it to be a little more moisturized after washing, but the treatment is on the heavier side, so I think it's just right. It's not too refreshing, so it's good. I don't particularly mind the scent. It's a faint scent.
It lathers well and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed! I was also worried about my hair being dry, but this shampoo leaves my hair feeling moisturized! It also has a nice scent, so I keep buying it!

I learned about this product through a YouTuber, and since it's starting to get hot, I bought this shampoo because I wanted something more refreshing than moisturizing. The packaging is cute and I love it. The scent is refreshing and not too strong, so it's easy to use daily. I read in a review that it doesn't lather well on hair, so you should lather it well with your hands, and I tried it, and it lathered nicely and felt good to use. It feels good on my hair. I hope to see more results with continued use.
