Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have extremely dry skin, but this lotion is highly moisturizing and highly recommended! It's available at drugstores, so I've been buying it for years. I usually use Albion's Anfines, which I use first, and then use this lotion as a daily lotion pack to thoroughly moisturize my skin. Sometimes some lotions can sting, but this one doesn't irritate my skin at all. When I ran out of this lotion, I used a sample of a more expensive one from the department store, but my skin was extremely dry during the day, so I'm once again impressed by how moisturizing it is and that this lotion is the best for dry skin. It's also relatively inexpensive, so I can use a lot, and it's the best lotion, cost-effectively.
It's my favorite.
I've used this product many times in the past, so I decided to try it again. However, it made my skin a little itchy, so I stopped using it. I think I might try it one more time when my skin is in good condition. I'll write another review then.
The penetration is just as moisturizing, and I think the surface feels very moisturized after application. This may be an obvious expression, but since it's a dry season, it's essential that the surface feels moisturized, but I wish it had penetrated a little more and softened my skin a little more. Applying it in layers solves this, but I'd like it to be a little softer...
The price and feel are just right for everyday use.
