Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As I get older, my skin problems have been increasing, and I bought this product because I could see from the sample that it plumped up my skin after just one use. I was torn between this and HACCI's pink lotion, but I personally felt that this product had more of an anti-aging effect.
I'm interested in the anti-aging effects of honey. I love Hacci, but I want to pursue effectiveness with cosmetics. It's not very moisturizing and I didn't see any effect, so I won't be buying it again.
I spoke with the beauty advisor and wondered why this lotion hasn't gained much buzz. It has a light scent, a refreshing texture, and, in a good way, no peculiar taste, making it a product that anyone can easily try. As for its effectiveness, I noticed that the rough skin I had been experiencing gradually subsided. The rubber on the bottom of the bottle makes it hard to tip over, which is a thoughtful consideration for the user, and I really liked it.
