Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is the one to use on days when you don't wear mascara! It even removes eyeliner smoothly, so you don't need to wash your face twice. The texture isn't too hard, so you can use it without worrying about friction, and it costs less than 1000 yen! It's great. The reason I gave it a -1 is because it's hard to find at nearby drugstores.
No need for double cleansing, can be used with wet hands and face. Can be used for morning and evening face washing and makeup removal. A makeup remover you'll want to reach for again and again!
I've bought this lotion many times, but this is the first time I've used this one. It doesn't make my skin feel tight, so it's good. I'll try using one bottle first.
