Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use it in combination with the shampoo from the same series. Like the shampoo, this one leaves my hair feeling moisturized and less dry.
The scent is so nice that I've been using it for a while. I'm currently using a different shampoo, so I haven't bought it again, but I will someday. My hair is much more manageable and feels much smoother to run my fingers through.
The high temperatures and humidity of summer can make your hair frizzy and dry. I thought I needed a shampoo with just the right amount of moisture, so I bought this product. The scent and cleansing power aren't too strong, and it's easy to use, so it seems to suit my hair type. I'll keep an eye on it for a while, but it's definitely one of those products I'd consider repurchasing.
It has a sweet and refreshing scent that feels great. The treatment is also moisturizing and feels good on the hands. I'd like to continue using it for a while.
