I bought a trial size of the placenta extract lotion. It's 8ml and has a slightly fishy smell that's unique to placenta. It's a watery lotion with a light texture. I haven't used it when my skin was feeling unwell, so I can't say for sure, but it didn't feel like it tightened my skin. It did, however, feel like the fine hairs on the surface of my skin were smooth, like they'd been dusted with powder... I think it's a mild lotion.

I regularly purchase this product because of its appealing ingredients. While many products list water, BG, pentylene glycol, and ethanol at the top of their ingredients list, I was attracted to this product because it lists peptide ingredients after water. I primarily use it as a booster immediately after washing my face. It's odorless, so even those sensitive to scents can use it. I was surprised at how smooth it felt when I first started using it. It blends in smoothly and is absorbed naturally into my skin. I couldn't help but glance at the box, wondering if it contained ethanol in the top ingredients. It's not sticky, so it doesn't interfere with the serum or cream I use afterwards. While it doesn't have an immediate effect, I believe it's the reason I'm still free of serious blemishes and wrinkles, and I'm continuing to use it. Plus, the price is reasonable considering the ingredients. It's a reliable skin watchdog.
