Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this from Loretta. Thank you. The texture is just right, neither too soft nor too hard. It spreads well. However, over time, it felt a little dry. Maybe it's because my hair was damaged to begin with... (･_･; This is a good wax for when you want to add a little movement to your hair.
Good points: The scent is nice. The packaging is cute. It hardens and holds together well. It stays in place even after a day! Bad points: It's scary if you make eye contact with it after watching the late-night horror show. It feels sticky when used. It hardens and holds together well.
It just looks so cute! I style my hair a lot, and the soft texture makes it easy to manage! It doesn't have much hold, so you'll need to use a hairspray! I think it's great for styling down styles!

The packaging was so cute! I bought it on impulse. I have short, straight, and very fine hair. It has the same white texture as Loretta's Makeup Wax. It's quite stretchy, so I take a small amount and rub it in my palm until it becomes transparent before using. It's thicker than Makeup Wax 4.0. It's great for adding a little nuance or creating volume. The difference between this and Makeup Wax is the scent. The Makeup Wax is supposed to have a rose scent, but I wonder what the Devil scent is... Maybe it's aimed at men, and (personally) I find it a little masculine. It has a refreshing, citrusy scent. I'm not a big fan... However, Loretta's waxes don't have a long-lasting scent, so it fades relatively quickly, and it's no longer noticeable after about half a day of application. It does wear out, probably because of my fine hair, but I can revive it with a hand comb. If you're concerned about it wearing out, you might want to use a spray as well.
