Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I alternate between this vitamin C and tranexamic acid depending on my mood. I've probably used about 20 of them. This vitamin C is more refreshing. It's the old-fashioned compressed type, and feels like a lotion mask that you use with your existing toner. Many people say it doesn't contain much liquid, but it's enough for morning use and doesn't dry out, so it's comfortable. I don't like the current masks that are so thick with liquid that they drip down to your neck if you apply them, so I hope this Clear Turn series doesn't get discontinued.
I was hoping for a whitening effect from a vitamin C-based pack, but honestly, it barely even made a difference to my dullness. It has a refreshing feel so it doesn't feel sticky, and it has just the right amount of moisturizing power, so I think it's fine for daily use.
It's perfect for everyday use! I use it to hydrate, so I put it on my face first after a bath, then after body care and hair care, and finally my skin care. It's refreshing, but it's hydrating and cost-effective, so I recommend it for daily use.

I find it very useful because it reduces acne. I have a skin type that develops a lot of comedones when it's too moisturizing, so this refreshing feeling is really good. I saw other people's reviews and it's glycerin-free. The mask I'm curious about that really cures acne is also glycerin-free, so I guess glycerin can cause acne after all. The mask is big and doesn't fit well, which is a bit annoying, but it doesn't prevent acne so it's fine.
