It's gentle to use and just fine.

I've repurchased it about twice. My conclusion: it's neither good nor bad. It has a thick texture that isn't difficult to absorb, which is good. However, although it's good that it's thin and good, it makes me think, "Maybe I should try something else too." However, it's a lotion that gives me peace of mind when it comes to dealing with dry skin, so I might use it again in the winter.

I buy this every year when my skin gets dry in December 2020. When my skin isn't too dry, I use this and other creams from other companies. Now, as the dryness worsens in late December, I use this product, Power Surge Gel, and R Emulsion, and my skin feels less dry. I buy at least three bottles every year. On June 20, 2020, my dry skin lingered, so I used three bottles in the morning and evening in winter and only at night in spring. In spring, I combined this with Shikata Cosmetics' Gel, and it was quite good. This R Cream is not cost-effective, so I probably won't use it unless my skin feels extremely dry. It refines my skin texture, and I plan to use it again next winter. The only downside is that it's sticky, which can cause powder foundation to become uneven even when wiped off with a tissue. ****... My dryness has improved, so I'll use it from winter through March. My acne has gotten less frequent and my skin's redness has decreased. I have very sensitive skin, so I usually use Shiseido's Gentle Force or, if I prefer, Ritz's toner. I was concerned about dryness, so I bought this. It's thick, so I shouldn't use it before applying makeup, but it absorbs well after a while. It lasted a little over a month. From the beginning of January to February 12, 2020, I liked the products, but the staff at House of Rose in Kyoto Daimaru were rude. When I received samples at other stores, they were very polite, but at Kyoto Daimaru, they just wanted me to buy more. I bought in bulk because they said it would be cheaper next time, but they didn't accept the discount coupon. They were generally unhelpful and overbearing. I won't be buying from this store again. I like the products, so I'll buy them elsewhere.

No matter what I did, my skin was dry and painful, but now it's soft and supple. It's not cost-effective, so I'd like to use it again if it gets really bad.
