Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I try cleansing water, but I don't like the unique oily feeling (polymer?), so I always come back to this one. I can't say it removes makeup that well, but it's gentle on the skin, so I put this on a cotton pad and leave it on my eyelids for a while to remove makeup, then turn it upside down, soak a cotton swab in it, and place it on the periphery of my eye, moving it from the inner corner to the outer corner. I'd be happy if it removed makeup a little better!
I use it exclusively for eye makeup. It's a great ally because it removes waterproof eye makeup easily without rubbing, even if you just leave it on for a short time.
I'm a repeat user. I use a special remover for mascara, but no matter how much I cleanse, I can't get the mascara off properly without this. I like that it's gentle on the eyes and is reasonably priced. I hope it lasts forever.
I have bought this product many times. I have tried other liquid wipe-type products, but I am reluctant to rub them with cotton pads. This product is cost-effective, so I took a generous amount and rubbed it around my eyes in a circular motion, which made it easy to remove.
I use it to remove eye makeup that cleansers can't remove completely. It comes off quickly, so it's convenient and great.
