How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was curious, so I bought it. I usually wear light makeup, so it removes it well. It's also good value for money, so I'll try using it up first.
It doesn't require double cleansing, is a gel type that blends easily into the skin, and best of all, is cheap! So I bought it. I don't wear heavy makeup these days, and I don't use a lot of mascara, so I'm not sure if this will be helpful, but it came off easily with natural makeup, so it was the perfect quality for me. It might have been better if it was a pump type, but that would have been reflected in the price. I left one star out in case the packaging design could be improved.
I've been using it for many years. Sometimes the concealer around my eyes remains, but other than that it seems to remove everything properly.
Although it did leave some concealer in my fine lines, it was fine for removing my regular makeup. It didn't dry out my skin or leave it feeling sticky after washing.
It was a good product because it was reasonably priced, had a large capacity, and removed makeup well.
