Many scented oils available on the market have scents that I don't like, are overly heavy for the average person, or are of poor quality, but this oil is absolutely perfect! I use it by applying it to wet skin after a bath, massaging the soles of my feet and calves for a minute or two, then applying it to my upper body, and if there's any left over, I apply it to the ends of my hair and face. Then, all I have to do is towel dry my hair and it's smooth and feels amazing!! Plus, the deep, soft scent is amazing! And it's certified by the Soil Association for peace of mind. Plus, it's 100% organic! I can't get enough of it!!
I bought this for my 6-month-old child's daily massage. I had been using unscented squalane, but I ran out, so I decided to try this one, which has been recommended and has a good reputation. It has a refreshing lavender (?) scent that is strong while in use, and my child doesn't seem to mind it and finds it comfortable. It doesn't linger long after use. It spreads easily, moisturizes the whole body just right, and doesn't feel sticky. (I think the squalane I used before absorbed better into the skin.) It's a high-quality oil, so I feel comfortable using it on my child's skin. I plan to continue using it, but I'd also like to try other brands.
It was really good. It spreads easily and doesn't feel cold, so it allows for a smooth massage. After the massage, you can simply wipe your hands lightly with a towel and they don't feel sticky. I mainly use it two to three hours before bathing. After my baby was born, my hands would dry quickly and become dry and chapped, but by massaging them every day, my baby is in a good mood and my hands are clean. However, it does have a slightly oily smell.
The previous review was two years ago... and the price has now gone up to 3,600 yen. But it's still great. My daughter, who will soon be three, always says to rub alma oil on her before she goes to bed. She can't call it aroma yet... And while I'm massaging her, she stares blankly at the ceiling, saying "it feels so good!" The scent soothes me as I rub it on. It's really great. It lasts for about two to three months, too.
Attention all you people with dark circles caused by poor circulation! While facial massages are essential to getting rid of dark circles, improving blood flow from your body is key! So, no matter how tired I am, I always massage my lower body every night, and my pale complexion and dark circles have improved. (I'm talking about "improvement," not complete disappearance.) By the way, any oil, gel, or other massage oil you choose will likely be reasonably effective. So, my review: It's a beautiful golden oil. It's just thick enough to give you the feeling that you're massaging! It blends well with my skin. It has a faint, sweet scent of chamomile, but it doesn't linger at all. It seems to also contain lavender and rose oil, but I don't notice any of it. Using this oil has softened my skin, which had become rough from the summer sun, sunscreen, and sweat. Is it the chamomile effect? Or is it the sunflower oil effect? Is it an exaggeration to say that my skin is almost like a baby's... My original soft skin has been restored, and now I just need to do something about the sunburn marks... The cost performance is average. I used it on my entire face from my neck down, and it lasted about two months. I gave it a rating of 3 stars for the feel, scent, and cost performance of the oil, but 4 stars for its skin-softening effect. Oh, by the way, relieving eye fatigue is also effective in getting rid of dark circles. Be especially careful if you wear contact lenses.
