Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm worried about my dry skin in the winter, so I bought Dr. Hauschka body oil. The scent is nice, but it doesn't penetrate deep into the skin.
It has a very nice scent and is soothing. I haven't used it for a while now, so I'm not sure if it has helped with the pain, but I'm looking forward to continuing to use it, so I'm glad I bought it.
I was looking for something to relieve my stiff shoulders, especially my neck, so I tried a cooling liquid product from the drugstore, but because I have sensitive skin, it stings my neck and I couldn't use it... I wondered if arnica oil would work, and while I was searching, I found this and it had good reviews, so I bought it. It's not sticky, has a smooth texture, and absorbs well into the skin. I'm happy that it also seems to be effective against cellulite. The scent is so nice, it makes me want to take deep breaths. Since it's a time for relaxation, a nice scent is a big plus. It wraps me up in a lovely scent as I head to bed.
I bought this because I was told it was recommended for stiff shoulders and sore legs! It reduces swelling in the legs, and when I massage it around my shoulders, I feel like my décolleté line is more prominent, so I use it sometimes at night. A small amount is enough to spread easily, and it's smooth and easy to massage into. It's also good value for money, so I keep buying it.
I used it on my body and it was so good, so I tried it on my hair too, and it kept my hair shiny all day! It spreads easily, so I love that a small amount can be used over a wide area. The herbal scent is also soothing.
