Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Dr. Hauschka products used to be available at a well-known organic store, but they were eventually withdrawn from the store, so I purchased them from this website. I love the scent, but it's herbal, so some people may not like it. The milk spreads easily, the scent is soothing, and it's not sticky, but moisturizing and smooth to the touch. I look forward to putting it on every day after my bath.
It spreads easily and feels refreshing to use. It quickly absorbs and leaves skin smooth, so I look forward to using it. The scent is refreshing, with a hint of lemon and herbs, so I think it's more suitable for everyone than sweet scents. I really like it, but it's expensive, so I'm not sure if I'll continue using it.
The rose one has good reviews, but it contains cetearyl alcohol, so I decided to hold off on it at first. Instead, I tried this one, which is truly surfactant-free, and the lemon one, which was on sale because its expiration date was approaching. It's a thin milk, and I thought it might be too smooth, but when I applied it at night and touched my skin in the morning, it felt smooth, so I guess it's effective. My skin isn't extremely dry, so this is fine. It's smooth enough that it shouldn't be a problem even in the summer. The ingredients are good, and I'd like to buy it again (if it's cheap).
