How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It has a soft and smooth texture and doesn't dry out even after bathing. It doesn't irritate my skin, probably because it contains isoflavones, so I've been using it year after year. It's not particularly cheap, but it works better than its price suggests, so if you haven't used it yet, it might be worth a try. I recommend it.

It would be even better if it lathered well and produced a thicker lather〇
It's a great deal for the price because it contains a lot! I was able to use it without any skin irritation.
It is enough to remove natural makeup that you wear every day, and I didn't feel any dryness or tightness on my skin.
It doesn't dry out my skin after washing, but it still feels like it's been thoroughly cleaned, which is really great. I'd like to buy it again.
