How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dry skin so I was looking for a cleanser that wouldn't dry it out, and so far I'm satisfied. I was a little worried because it was on the cheaper side, but at this price I'd definitely buy it again.
I was using Ignis cleansing cream, but I was looking for something cheaper and bought this. It's a thick cream that spreads white on the skin. I use a powder as a base makeup base, so I had no problems removing dirt. It's fragrance-free, so it doesn't have a soothing effect, but it's cheap, so I'll definitely buy it again.
The cream gently removes makeup. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple after washing. I have dry skin, so oil cleansing is a no-go. I usually use creams, but this one leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized, so I can use it with confidence.
It's not bad. I don't notice a noticeable difference in the effectiveness of the product compared to more expensive products. It doesn't have a nice scent, so I don't feel any joy when using it. It's cheap, so I might buy it again depending on my wallet.
