Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried the gel sample and it made my skin feel great after just one use, so I bought the delicate set. I'm now mixing it with the cream that came with it, and it spreads well, so when I apply it before going to bed, my skin feels better in the morning.
I used this product when I was suffering from atopic dermatitis, which can easily irritate my skin, and also from hay fever, which caused redness and inflammation. I've been using it for about a month. I knew about it from reading reviews, but when I opened it, I was surprised by the orange color. Please be careful after use, as it will get on your clothes even if you're careful. I stopped using all the skincare products I had been using and only used the delicate set. My skin irritation didn't get worse, so I was able to use it with confidence. It didn't dramatically improve my condition, but if you're concerned, I think it's worth giving it a try.
My lucky charm skincare: This skincare calms my skin. I wish I could keep using it without cheating! I often think to myself, but then I cheat and my skin gets rough again... I think I'll stick with this for a while. That's how much I trust this skincare set.
I thought it was really expensive, but it suited me as I often suffer from dry and rough skin. My skin became smooth on the second day. (Moisturizing gel and moisturizing cream) I haven't used the cleansing cream yet, but I'd like to try it once I've used up the cleansing cream I have now.
I usually use the Moisture Series. I tried various skincare products other than Environ, but when my skin became rough, I used the Delicate Series. It's like a protective skincare product because I can use it safely even when my skin is rough.
