How to use
洗发后，彻底擦干头发，取适量（中长发约乒乓球大小）产品。用指腹轻轻按摩头皮，将产品涂抹至所有头发。停留5-10分钟后，彻底冲洗干净。*虽然每日使用也无妨，但由于其高效性，我们建议在特别关注头发干燥、缺乏光泽、打结或其他损伤时，每周使用一到两次作为特殊护理。*为了获得更佳效果，建议配合使用本系列产品。务必彻底冲洗！本产品即使在冲洗后也能保留有效成分，因此您无需担心产品会失去功效。彻底冲洗直至头皮和头发不再粘腻。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm already on my way to finishing my third bottle. My hair is fine and quite damaged from coloring, but this treatment leaves it incredibly soft and smooth. My hairdresser even commented, "Your hair is so smooth." After applying, it's best to leave it on for at least five minutes before rinsing. I leave it on for five minutes, or sometimes as long as 10. The scent is a refreshing, herbal scent that I really like. The scent doesn't linger long after my hair is dry. I've used Kerastase and Milbon Grand Linkage products in the past, but this is one of my favorites.
I bought it because it was said to be effective against frizz. This is my first time using Ampoule's hair care product. It has a thick texture like a hair mask. I feel like my hair is smoother and easier to manage. Since it's a doctor's product, I can use it with confidence, and if it keeps up with the humid weather, I'd like to buy it again.
I found this product when I was thinking about scalp care. I was attracted to the fact that it combines hair treatment and scalp care. I use it for scalp massages 2-3 times a week. My scalp feels refreshed and my hair is in good condition. The price is a bit high, but I keep buying it.
I don't like silicone, so I'm always on the lookout for a treatment that works. This one is for thick, dry, and curly hair. If I use a hair dryer without anything on it, it gets frizzy and I can't even run my fingers through it, so this was a lifesaver! The herbal scent might be a matter of taste, but I love it, and the thick, creamy texture. My hair used to be frizzy unless I used oil after bathing, but now it's tame just with Hitoyoni's Relaxing Cream, and it's a product I want to keep using forever!
I bought this because I thought it would be good to be able to care for my scalp as well. I layer silicone-based milks and serums after bathing, so I think it's good that the in-bath treatment is silicone-free. I let it soak into my entire face, leave it for about 5 minutes, then rinse it off, and my hair is left smooth. I like the way it leaves my hair feeling just the right amount of fluffy. It's a shame that the cost performance isn't quite there, but if it can also care for my scalp, then it's worth it. I use it every 1-2 days.
