Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair ends tend to tangle easily, but using this product has helped to reduce the tangles. It's not sticky, and the finish is manageable but smooth. I've used up the whole bottle. I plan to buy it again.
It smells good and makes your hair smooth
I have fine/feather hair. When I use this before ironing, it gives my hair a glossy finish and makes it look so beautiful! I like the finish better than other products, so I'll keep using it!
It leaves hair moisturized and smooth! Even those with thin hair can use it without it feeling sticky. I used the sample. I used the shampoo, treatment, and essence in that order. My hair stayed in place even in the dry hotel room (^^). The oil didn't feel sticky, and the treatment wasn't lacking, giving it just the right finish! If you don't like a moisturizing feeling, it's best to use a little less. I'm also considering purchasing the actual product.
Since this was my first time using it, I bought the small 125ml trial size. I usually use milk for leave-in treatments, and this is my first time using a hair oil-like texture like LaSana. My impression after using it was that I applied two pumps to the ends of my hair and then used the remaining amount on my hands to apply to the rest of my hair. It's a pump type, so it's easy to use! It's comfortable! It's fragrance-free. Perhaps because it's advertised as a hair essence, it doesn't feel heavy or sticky like a hair oil. I have medium-length hair, but two pumps was enough, and even though I bought a small trial size, it lasted quite a while! My hair is damaged and prone to dryness due to hair color, so I'd definitely like to buy it again!
