Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I was too lazy to lather up my face in the morning, but the foam was so thin that it didn't feel like I was washing my face. I guess that's about what you'd expect considering the price. It might be just right for someone like me who doesn't like spending money and is lazy.
It comes out as foam, so it's super convenient! It's great for mornings when I'm raising children. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after washing, and it's good value for money, so I'm going to keep using it for a while.
I have sensitive skin and can use it without any problems, but the feeling after washing is not so good. The new foaming cleanser has a softer lather and I want to use that instead.
