Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even though I was taking precautions against sunburn while traveling, my face turned bright red from the glare from the ground, so I quickly bought this at a convenience store. It's nice that it's individually wrapped. Cooling it down with this product helped to reduce the heat and calm my face. I'm not sure if the effects of the vitamin C are permanent, but it was moisturizing and prevented dryness from sunburn, so it's a product I'd like to keep on hand as a talisman. However, the pack is wide from side to side and narrow around the forehead, so I wonder if there are people with face shapes like this?
I don't know how many times I've bought this product, but it's been a favorite for many years. The sheet has plenty of liquid in it, so even if you wear it for a long time, it doesn't dry out your skin and keeps it very moisturized. I highly recommend it not only during the summer when UV rays are strongest, but also during the dry winter season.

This mask is great to use on days when you're concerned about dullness, as it instantly brightens your skin the moment you remove the sheet. The liquid is very moisturizing but not sticky, and it evens out your skin. After using it for a few days, the shadows in your pores seem to fade and your skin seems to become clearer overall. Another plus is that it's cost-effective and easy to use every day. It's great that it's gentle enough to use even when your skin is in a bad condition.
