Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It smells great and moisturizes even highly damaged hair.
The illustrations on Loretta's packaging are super cute, so I mostly buy it for the packaging, but it's a heavy oil with a natural rose scent! It's neither good nor bad to use, and it gets me excited when I smell roses myself.
☆Good points☆ I've been using cheaper base care oils until now. If you have the money, I definitely recommend this one! It's high quality! The only bad point is that it's not cheap.
I usually use the non-premium version, but I was curious about the premium version and bought it. The scent is my favorite rose, and the oil is a little thicker than the regular version. The container is also cute, which gets me excited! However, I don't really notice much difference between the premium and regular versions, so I won't be repurchasing it.
I don't know what the difference is between this and the base care oil. Personally, I think this is fine, and while the bottle is cute and pink, it's a shame that it's just a sticker. Plastic base oil would be better. The base oil seemed to require one pump more, while this product requires one pump less. I wish it came out twice as smooth. It does make my skin smooth, but I think the base oil was smooth too, so I won't be repurchasing this one.
