Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm glad that it's available on suzykirei. My family and I use additive-free products for our children who have sensitive skin. I thought that the cleaning effect would be reduced and it would irritate their skin, but no one has had any changes since using it, so I don't think it's necessary to use products with strong cleaning agents!
It comes out as foam, so it's easy to use, and the foam disappears quickly without leaving a sticky feeling. Sometimes when I use a body soap that doesn't suit me, the back of my ears and the back of my neck get itchy, but this one works without any worries. I used it for a while when it had the old packaging, but the packaging has become more stylish! I bought it again after a long time and realized that it's still good. I've been buying it again since then.
I accidentally received a 450ml refill of this product through an online purchase, and since it said I didn't need to return it, I gave it a try. It lathers well, is smooth, and is easy to wash with. It's not sticky, and the fact that it's additive-free is reassuring. It actually makes me want to buy the original! lol
Surprisingly, a small amount of foam is enough to clean a lot! It's easy to use and reasonably priced, so I'll probably buy it again when I run out!
I purchased this at the request of my aging mother and have been using it ever since. It's very smooth and comfortable to use. It comes out in a foam, so I think it's perfect for elderly people who find it difficult to lather up with bar soap.
