Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It is additive-free, but it foams well, drains well, and is easy to use. I like it. I will buy it again.
I use it as a hand soap. I think the ingredients are gentle on my children's hands.
When washing a child who cannot hold their head up, one hand is always occupied, so it is very convenient to have it come out as foam. I thought that since it is additive-free, it might not foam well, but it doesn't bother me. As a parent, I am also happy that I can use it with peace of mind. So far, there have been no problems with my child's skin, and it seems to suit him, so I would like to buy it again.
I usually use a non-additive, hypoallergenic face wash that even babies can use, but this one stung a little. I was able to use it on my body without any problems, so I plan to continue using it for its intended purpose.
