Maybe I'm just using it wrong, but if I apply too little and dab it on, it hardens without spreading, so if I spread it too thinly, it peels off along with whatever primer or makeup I've applied before, and it all becomes crumbly. Is it wrong to apply eyeshadow base right before eyeshadow? If I apply it before powder, the powder weakens the adhesion, right? This never happened with the bases I've used before, so I think it just doesn't suit me. I think it should work if I just apply this to my eyelids without applying primer, foundation, or powder.
