Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I think people are picky about the scent, but I love it.
I'm buying this again. This body cream is so moisturizing and has a lovely scent that I can use all year round! I'm worried because I can't find it in drugstores anymore...
The scent is really nice and it's very pleasant to apply! I have pretty severe atopic dermatitis, but when I apply this, my skin improves significantly. So it's a great product that even those with sensitive skin can enjoy the scent. I like that the scent lingers even after application. I'm not sure about the whitening effect, but I like the scent and ease of use, so I plan to buy it again.
