How to use
容器内有不锈钢滚珠，会发出咔哒声，但使用前请勿摇晃。请注意，剧烈摇晃或掉落等冲击可能导致液体泄漏，弄脏瓶盖内部或衣物。请勿在飞机上使用，否则可能导致液体泄漏。请小心开关瓶盖，以免损坏刷头。使用后，请将瓶盖盖紧，直至听到咔哒声。如果未盖紧瓶盖，刷头会变干，无法上色。首次使用或颜色较淡时，请将刷头横放一段时间，确认颜色后再使用。如果刷头变干，或者沾染了乳液等化妆品导致液体不易流出，请用纸巾擦拭刷头。卸妆时，请用40℃左右的温水浸泡并清洗。如果难以卸除，请使用卸妆产品。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
