1：握紧吸嘴，沿箭头方向剪开。剪开时请勿握得太紧，以免内容物溢出。2：将吸嘴插入容器开口，缓慢倒入内容物。倒入时请勿用力按压，以免溢出。请务必将内容物灌装到空的史蒂芬诺尔深层修护洗发水容器中。为防止细菌滋生，请勿在灌装前清洗容器或泵头。如果清洗，请彻底擦干。用完内容物后，请一次性灌满。请勿与水或其他产品混合使用。为确保卫生，我们建议灌装约三次后更换新瓶。本品并非饮料。请妥善存放，以免误食。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
