Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like Rosette's Facial Cleansing Paste and always pick up new products when they come out. I also bought this product at Don Quijote around August. It's a nearly blackish gray cleanser, likely due to the charcoal it contains. It lathers well as always. The citrus scent is refreshing, and it rinses off quickly. I didn't notice any tightness, but those with dry skin might find it annoying. It felt good to use, but when I used this cleanser with a foaming net, the net turned black and dull, likely due to the charcoal. Even when I washed it with dish soap, the dullness didn't come off completely... I'd like to see that improved.
I can't say that this alone completely removed the blackheads from my pores, but it was great to use it together with cleansing and enzyme cleansing! I'll definitely buy it again!

I bought this because I was attracted by the packaging design (*^^*) I've used all the Rosette series except for the red and black ones in the past. I've been having trouble finding a face wash lately, so I decided to try them all! It's perfect for my current problem of severe blackheads and rough skin! The price is reasonable, so I'd like to try it for a while. The smell is nice!
