What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Glad it didn't dry out!
I used it right away, but it seems to be hard to remove makeup.
It has a soft, sticky feel that adheres to the skin, and it was quite impressive compared to other primers I've used so far. It doesn't dry out my skin, but it lasts really well, and even though my foundation tends to disappear in the afternoon, it stayed in place until the evening. I didn't notice any smudging or crumbling, and I felt that it was a primer that really supported the finish of my base makeup. Won Jongyo products are often out of stock, so when I find them, I stock up!
I've only used it once so far, but I'm quite pleased. It felt quite sticky right after application, which I wondered if it was okay, but after a while, it settled down and I felt like it really held onto the makeup I put on afterwards. I spent a whole day in the middle of winter with the sea breeze blowing, but I didn't experience any dryness at all. I recommend it for people with dry skin.
Foundation adheres perfectly to the skin without drying out.
