Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

First of all, when I opened the box, I was impressed by the luxurious feel! The serum itself was sparkly, which got me excited. It feels moisturizing (but not sticky) and seems easy to use. I'll continue using it with high hopes.
I won a gift from Suzykirei and have been using it for two weeks. First of all, I thought that serums were thick and sticky, but using this one completely overturned that notion! It absorbs really well, and although it feels smooth when applied, it leaves a moisturized finish on the skin. The ingredients are luxurious and feel like anti-aging care, which is great for me, as I'm concerned about aging skin. It has no scent, so I think it's easy to wear even for men and those who don't like scents. I was able to use it without any irritation, even when I was sensitive. I'll continue using it.

It doesn't open smoothly, so some people might find it a bit frustrating while doing their skincare routine. As for the texture, it's as gooey as everyone else has said. There's something sparkly inside, which gets me excited as a 36-year-old woman in her 40s. It blends smoothly into the skin and provides excellent moisturizing.
