Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it for a week and I'm very pleased with it. When choosing a shampoo, I prioritize 1) scent and 2) finish, but first and foremost, I love the scent. None of the classic floral, citrus, or musk scents really appealed to me, but this one has a scent that's hard to describe, yet soothing. While I thought it was just the scent, the finish is also great. My hair is a little dry, but when I use it in conjunction with the moisture treatment, it's smooth and shiny after drying. I haven't used many shampoos in this price range, so I can't really compare, but I would recommend trying this product at least for the scent in a store.
I use it together with a smooth type treatment. It lathers well and has a gentle cleansing power. I read in a review here that people either love or hate the scent, but I personally like it. It doesn't feel cheap and the scent lingers the next morning. I'll think about buying it again until I've used it all up lol
The smell lingers for a long time. I wondered what it smelled like, and it turned out to be the smell of my own hair. People who like it will love it. I liked the Japanese-style scent. My hair type is coarse, curly, and thick - it didn't feel very manageable. It lathered well.
I happened to come across it online and decided to buy it. First of all, the bottle is stylish and cute! The scent isn't the artificial scent that's common in commercial shampoos, but a genuine aromatic scent! The oriental scent is soothing. It contains Sympyurte's signature starfish extract, which helps to improve the scalp environment... It's true that as I've gotten older, my hairline has become flatter and lifeless, but after using this shampoo for a while, I feel like my roots have become more firm. My hair tends to get frizzy at the ends, so it's great to use it in combination with a moisturizing treatment. I'm also interested in &be's shampoo and treatment, so I'd like to try them out and compare them.
