How to use
●使用前请务必将产品灌装至AQUALABEL特润保湿凝露EX（水润柔滑）容器中。●早晚洁面后，取适量于指尖，均匀涂抹于全脸。如需加强保湿，可作为面膜使用。取少量涂抹于全脸，静待约3分钟后轻轻按摩至吸收。 <how to refill into the container>由于内容物较稠，请务必按照以下方法进行补充。(1) 沿箭头方向（从上到下）缓慢剪开吸嘴开口。*剪开时请勿握得太紧，以免内容物溢出。(2) 吸嘴朝上，将吸嘴对角的角沿对角线折叠。(3) 将吸嘴插入容器中并固定好，双手握住，然后缓慢倒入。（使用注意事项）◇请勿与自来水或其他产品混合。◇为防止细菌滋生，请勿清洗空容器。◇补充容器用完后，请一次性装满。◇补充后，请记下包装袋底部的生产代码（字母数字组合）。查询时可能需要用到。◇为保持卫生，建议补充2-3次后更换新容器。 ◇如果容器盖无法正常盖紧，请购买整瓶。◇本品不可食用。请妥善存放，以免误食。◇请勿置于阳光直射或高温环境中。</how>

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
