Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
Maybe I'm not using it right, but it does come off after eating. But it doesn't come off completely, so maybe if I use it more carefully, it will last longer.
I happened to forget my lipstick and bought it on a whim, thinking it would be okay since it was cheap. I tend to get dry lips when I use new products, but this doesn't dry my lips out, the color lasts well, and it doesn't stain the glass, so it's great! I want to get other colors too! Since it's cheap, I'm going to collect a variety of colors and use them depending on the occasion.
This BBIA tint is a popular lip color for parties! I have two shades, and they're plump and cute when you first apply them, but once they come off, they dry out and leave color in your vertical wrinkles... Since they're tints, I think the color lasts well! Both shades have a fairly bright color payoff, so I think they're perfect for warm-toned spring skin tones.
I saw on YouTube that this tint lipstick is long-lasting, so I bought the mini size. It's long-lasting! The tint keeps the color! The freshly applied color is cute and easy to apply! But... it's drying!! Lol I feel like I heard somewhere that tints have a tingling sensation, but is this what they mean??! Isn't it not a menthol thing, but just the moisture on your lips evaporating??! That's what I thought, being a science major in my 40s. Lol Since I'm in my 40s, I won't be repurchasing. Lol Once I started to feel this way, the tingling sensation became a problem no matter how many other (non-drying) lipsticks I applied. Lol That said, it doesn't cause any peeling or irritation, so it's strange, isn't it? Lol
I had run out of lipstick so I bought this, but it was neither good nor bad. It's not a glossy lipstick, but rather a matte finish. It has good color retention and beautiful color payoff, so I recommend it.
