Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I liked the scent of the bath salts, so I also bought the treatment. I like the scent. As other people have said in their reviews, it feels like soft Vaseline. It's heavy, so even a small amount leaves my hair feeling moisturized. *Be careful not to apply too much. I thought the amount was a little small, but it seems to last longer than I expected. My hair doesn't feel dry the next morning, so I might buy it again.

It was amazing!! It penetrates deeply, so I tried not to rinse it out too much. It smells great and quickly fixes dry hair, so I want to use it every day. However, since it doesn't contain much, I'm not sure if I'll buy it again considering the cost-effectiveness.
